Rental Flow

1. Send Inquiry

Check availability directly with the owner by sending an inquiry from the "Property" Page or "Your Favorite" page. If there are any requests or questions, please enter in the inquiry form.(*Please note that Reservations are NOT complete at this stage.)
2. Staff/Personnel will contact you

In response to your inquiry, person in charge of the property will respond to you shortly. Please kindly discuss about rental conditions (rent, duration, etc.)
3. Reserve & Contract

After determining the conditions (Contract Length, Rent, etc.), please follow the reservation and contract procedures with the person in charge of the property.
4. Move-in

The property operator will help you with the move-in procedures (Key Pickup etc.), problems arising during your stay, contract extension etc. Have a great stay!
