1. PAYMENT:
Payment is due at the time of booking an apartment. RATES INCLUDE ALL TAXES & FEES, GAS, ELECTRICITY, WATER, CABLE-TV, INTERNET, as well as CLEANING and CHANGE OF LINEN AND TOWELS. Final cleaning is 50 EUR extra but may depend on the actual time needed. VCA cannot at any time be held responsible for any bank charges, transaction fees, credit card or exchange fees.
2. CANCELLATION:
No cancellation fee for cancellation notice given 30 days before scheduled check-in date.
50% refund will be made on condition that notification is received at least 15 days prior to commencement of stay.
No refund will be made for later notification or early termination of a reservation or in any other case. Non-arrival without notification of the client will be treated as cancellation after 24 hours.
VCA STRONGLY RECOMMENDS PURCHASING FULL TRAVEL INSURANCE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AN APARTMENT.
3. SECURITY AGAINST DAMAGES:
All apartments will require a valid CREDIT CARD AGAINST DAMAGES to the property. The client agrees that any open balance must be paid prior to departure otherwise the client's credit card will automatically be debited for the outstanding accounts.
