Cancellation Policy
*A no-show will be treated as a cancellation and you will be billed accordingly.
*You must notify Kuala Lumpur Bistari Apartment if you plan on cancelling your booking.
*Any cancellation within 7 days or less before check in date; We will charge a one night accommodation fee for every booking.
*No refund of apartment rental for any cancellation after check in.
*There will be 15% admin charge subject to any refund.
