Up to 1 month prior to the start date of the contract ? cancellation possible free of charge
Between 1 month - 2 weeks prior to the start date of the contract ? cancellation possible with an administrative fee of 10% of the total value of the contract, but no less than 200 EUR
Less than 2 weeks prior to the start date of the contract ? Vision Apartments reserves the right to keep as much paid rent as required to cover all expenses until a new tenant is found (up to 1 monthly rent, and not more)
