- No Show, Early Departure and Late Cancellation Policy: This Hire-Agreement can be cancelled as follows:
I.Without any charge thirty (30) days prior to the Start Date;
II.Without any charge on the Client any time with thirty (30) days prior notice to Hotel from the expected check-out date; or
III.In case of shorter than thirty (30) days notice, higher of the following shall be charged automatically:
a.a [two (2) weeks retention]
b.[charge equivalent to the number of days short of the thirty (30) days].
Such cancellation amounts will be (i) charged automatically to the credit card provided as guarantee; or (ii) deduction or forfeiture of the required amount from the Security Deposit; or (iii) in case of the reservation being guaranteed by the Client, the charge will be billed to the Client directly.
Further, Cancellations would have to be communicated to the Hotel in a written mode via fax or email.
