To reserve the apartment, we require a security deposit a $300 to be paid in advance, preferably via pay pal by credit card.
# Payment & Cancellation Policy
The balance of the rent is due upon arrival, unless otherwise specified. This shall be paid only in Cash (US$), Money Order, or Certified Checks, Travelers checks when you check in.
# If you would like to pay with a credit card, a handling fee (5%) will be added and the process must be done 3 business days before arrival.
# CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel or change the check-in date, bad weather, illness, travel delays your security deposit would be non refundable.
#CANCELLATION POLICY for the holiday seasons.: Once your reservation is done, cancel until 15 days prior to your arrival $500 is non refundable. If you cancel within 15 days prior to your arrival 50% of the rent is non refundable. - NO exceptions; bad weather, illness, travel delays, this cancellation policy may apply.
