- A 100% cancellation fee will occur should the booking occur within 2 weeks prior to the arrival commencement date. A 50% cancelation fee will occur should the booking occur within 2-6 prior to arrival commencement date. Should the cancellation be over 6 weeks prior to stay, no fee will be charged.
A no-show upon arrival is deemed as a short-notice cancellation, therefore a 100% charge will take place.
Secure parking, within our premesis, guarded by electronic gate entry systems, is at a small optional additional cost of £8 per night.
