It contains a kitchen, living-room and and a very nice loft bathroom with jacuzzi and with great views! Be aware that the stairs are small and steep. Cancellation earlier than 6 weeks before the arrival day 50% of the prepayment fee will be paid back. Cancellation within 6 weeks before the arrival day the prepayment will not be paid back. Cancellations or changes made on the day of arrival are subject to a 100% charge. We are sorry but refunds are not available for early check-out.
Terms and Conditions
1. Amsterdam City Apartments renting out apartments for a limited time no longer than six months per calendar year per reservation.
2. Amsterdam City Apartments cannot be held responsible for noise nuisance caused by renovations in properties of neighbors.
3. It is not allowed to stay with more persons then mentioned in the reservation form.
4. Organising parties is strictly forbidden.
5. Behave like a "gentleman" and don't disturb the neighbours! Don't play loud music, scream or shout, etc.
6. If the Tenant violate terms 3, 4 or 5 the Property Manager is allowed to enter the apartment.
7. If the Tenant violate terms 3, 4 or 5 the stay can be cancelled immediately without restitution of the rent.
8. A copy or picture off all passports will be made during check-in.
9. It is not allowed to move inventory.
