- 25% cancellation fee or $100, whichever is greater. due to our small size, you may cancel up to two weeks in advance with only the cancellation fee. less than two weeks is non-refundable unless we are able to rebook (cancellation fee still applies). for monthly rentals- cancellations up to four week in advance are 50% of the monthly rent (2 week policy still applies) unless we are able to rebook. upon notice of cancellation, we will do our best to rebook the studio.
