- We require to pay rent fee, maintenance fee and utility costs every month. The rent fee is different depending on term of your stay and it indicated above is when you stay more than 7 month. Also we require to pay charges for recovery if we find the damage in the room. It also changes how long are you going to stay.
You may request changes or cancel your reservations but may be subject to a cancellation fee. No show on the check-in date or no payments made by prescribed date is considered cancellation (The regular check-in time is between 2:00pm and 9:00pm). If cancellation is made on the check-in date, the 100% of the rental period that has reserved will be assessed. For any changes or cancellation made on one (1) day prior to the check-in date shall be assessed 50% of the entire rental period.
The customer can reserve the room on the day when it corresponds one month before the staying start date when he or she stays from 7 to 29 nights.
For the case that the customer stays for the period from 30 nights to less than 3 months, he or she can reserve the room on the day when it corresponds 3 months before. For the case that the customer stays for the period of 3 months or more, he or she can reserve the room on the day when it corresponds 6 months before.
