ACL will refund any prepaid amounts (less a $150 administration fee) if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. If a substitute booking cannot be found, cancellation fees are as per the following schedule:
Cancellation: Over 21 days before arrival date - full refund (less admin fee)
0 - 21 days before arrival date - 50% refund
# Booking amendments
For weekly bookings, once you have commenced your occupancy we require a minimum of 7 days notice for any amendments. If you reduce your stay without 7 days notice you will be charged at the nightly rate up to a maximum of 1 week’s occupancy fee. For monthly bookings, once you have commenced your occupancy we require a minimum of 14 days notice for any amendments. If you reduce your stay without 14 days notice you will be charged at the full nightly rate up to a maximum of 14 days occupancy fee.
